I’m just going to share a pretty cool site I found which does this for you if you want to quickly lookup if a user purchased your item on Envato.

Head over to https://enverify.co/ and log in using your Envato account. After you’re logged in you will be presented with a simple screen to paste in the purchase code you are trying to check. After pasting in the purchase code(which I assume you’re asking the user for) click search and viola:

I find this site very useful since I have not had the time to check out the Envato API, heck I’m even thinking of moving away from CodeCanyon where I currently sell one of my plugins and instead use https://freemius.com/
